From all the other reports, you know how they work. As a naturally suspicious person, I bought the smallest "Bid Package" of 40 bids for 24.00 USD.
I didn't check this service first.
So not only wasting many, many hours bidding on laptops when the coutdown timers reached 1 second - and not winning the item - I'm out 17.40 USD. It's really a cheap lesson for not checking with this site (Ripoff Report) for other "marks". It's a great con, wish I'd thought of it.
Next time I'm in Mountain View, I think I'll look up Frank Han for a little game of poker. I do much better at that sort of gambling.
Unless you're really, really bored - and addicted to gambling - avoid this site like the plague.

It's funny how fast my refund was issued. Within hours of forwarding my Ripoff Report, a CSR named Katie sent an email with a refund notice to my CC.
This is a great service to the internet shopper who's been abused.
The lesson is - Before spending a dime on a new ecommerce vendor - check'em out here!
