sydney concept designs diceptive houston Texas

 I completely trusted the sales person and never checked out this company until just two days ago, Shame on me.. what i found out was i did a search online Under Sydney concept designs and didnt even find a website for this company.

I purchased 5000 presentation folders to be used by century 21 real estate office in Grapevine TX on 2/28/14.

I had completely forgot about purchasing this until 8/22/14 and part of the reason for forgetting was i never received a actual folder to look at so i called the representative (M Parks) and it was another persons voice mail.

I called again the following day and a gentleman answered the phone and i asked him if the folders have been distributed yet and he said he didnt know, I then asked if they were going to be distributed and he said he didnt know. I started getting worried about this point and asked him if i could get some of the other advertisers that would be included in the folders so i could research and contact them directly and he told me that sometimes the advertisers make changes so that was the reason that they had not been printed yet, of course when the sales rep contacted me they were almost at thier deadline and they needed to get this to print right away, well here it is just about 6 months later and they still have not been printed.

I started poking around and I contacted the century 21 grapevine location and they had never heard of this company.

This gentlmen i spoke with from this company had no answers for me and told me they were closed and couldnt get back to me until Tuesday, Thanks, but no Thanks, Luckily I paid them with a credit card and i am disputing the charges Ha Ha I get the last laugh, like the other complaint against them STAY CLEAR of this so called company, They obviously are in it for a quick buck SHAME ON YOU, whoever the owner they should be prosecuted
