I lived with her for a few months and had bills in my name but I didnt sign the lease. So we were friends until I quit doing favors and giving rides and letting her use me. I put a stop to her using me the first month I lived there, well she started acting funny and acting shady towards me so I wasn't really wanting to be there anymore. I paid my rent and portion of bills every month on top of consumers was in my name and she wouldnt give the money for her half until the day the bill was due and i would have to ask multiple time and didnt always get it the day it was due sometimes it would be after and i would get a late fee. 

Well over half of December and January I was not there due to not wanting to deal with the craziness and chaos of her and her problems. She would yell constantly at her 1 1/2 year old son at the top of her lungs and when her and her boyfriend Kyle Hoppes would fight over the phone yelling constantly in front of her son. She would take pills on a consistent basis and take 10-13 and do nothing but sleep while her son roamed in her room doing whatever. She has 2 long haired dogs that do not get tended to other than fed and watered and let outside once a day. she also doesnt like to clean up her dogs pee, poop, or hair. I would have to say something like 10 times for her to Actually clean up or wash her dishes. 

She knew I was looking for a place to move the whole month of January and didnt find a place until the 26th and let her know as soon as i found it, well i wrote a letter letting her know i would have my stuff moved on February 7th. I moved everything that i could fit into a uhaul on the 7th and my couches and washer and dryer and a few other little things along with the $150 of carpet and padding i paid to get put in. I texted her telling her I would be back within the week to get the rest. Well she changed the locks and kept my stuff and owes me over $600 for my deposit and consumers energy bill.

Well I've been very nice a patient and thinking I can get my stuff and she either sold it or is keeping it. The money I am owed should actually be the whole portion of the bill in which then she owes me almost one thousand. I'm sick and tired of being used by people and them thinking its ok, I know karma will come back eventually but it is just sad how childish a person can be that you once thought of as a close friend and then they stab you in the back and screw you over. I was told to take her to court so I will be having to file which isnt what I wanted to do, I just wanted what was mine and what is owed to me after helping her out soo much.
