This scammer named Syed Taha Hassan posted his "services" on fiverr stating that he is a video game developer. I inquired about having a video game app developed by him. The first red flag was when he did not want to exchange money through fiverr, but he wanted me to wire him a deposit.I flately refused. And then he suggested that we do the deal through the website Odesk because they take less of a percentage from him. Later I found out that he chose Odesk because that site is infamous for allowing people to be ripped of by scammers like Syed. I sent him a deposit through Odesk back in October 2015, and none of the work I requested was completed and Syed Taha Hassan ( and Odesk) refused to refund me my money. So this was a flat out ROBBERY. Syed Taha Hassan simply took my money and ran. And Odesk allowed him to do it. So please do not do ANY BUSINESS with Syed Taha Hassan and do not use Odesk for anything because they allow the scammers to do their dirt.

Put this report down !! this report itself a blackmail

AUTHOR: triz - (Pakistan)

POSTED: Sunday, March 10, 2019

Hi,

I'm Taha, the game developer.

This report itself a scam. Reason are given as  follows:

https://www.fiverr.com/orangesam

 - As a game developer, I've more than 91 reviews with positive rating.   4.5/5 stars, and around 30+ satisfied clients and this profile is around 7years old. This is quite clear that this client is the culprit.

- Client didnt have the knowledge how things word in game development process.

- Its a spiral development model, that means we build things step by step, initially it will be a game just with blocks, then in next iteration will update the game with graphics and characters and add more features so on, according to the client requirement.

- What actually happened is client got panic when he saw the result, that he's not expected. and asked me for return.

- Its clearly stated that there is no-refund policy on Fiverr (website where we were working) otherwise client would have contacted them.

- why i cant refund is because, I put effort to make a initial module. and i outsourced some of art work to my friends as well, so i had to pay them too.

I'm sorry that client had to face such incident, but its not my fault. Its due to lack of patience and immaturity of client.

I'd like request to put this report down.

thankyou

-Taha
