Symantec Corp. - Norton Rebate not Provided Entirely Phoenix Arizona

I submitted one rebate to Symantec Norton for both Antivirus and firewall software on 9/28/03. The rebate was supposed to be composed of (4) $20 checks. Only (3) $20 checks were received.

I called the telephone number provided on the rebate form on 12/31/02 and 1/2/03 and was told via a voice message that I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I did not receive a return telephone call as promised.

I finally received telephone call on 4/2/03. I was unable to answer the call, and received a voice message. In the voice message I was told to contact CPGINC.COM.

I have submitted two (2) inquiries via WWW.RebateStatus.com. The web address was provided at the above web site, CPGINC.COM, Continental Promotions Group. The web submissions via RebateStatus.com are as follows:

4/2/03 - Today, 4/2/03 I received a voice message from your company and was told to contact you via email at CPGINC.COM. Previously I had called you at (800) 494-8825 on 12/31/02 and 1/2/03 and was told that I would receive a call back within 24 hours, I did not receive a call back. As part of the rebate for Symantec, Norton Personal Firewall and Antivirus software I was supposed to receive (4) rebate checks for $20 each. I received only (3) rebate checks for $20 each and I still have (1) $20 rebate check due. Thank you for calling, late at that.

5-27-03 - On 4/2/03 I received a voice message from your company and was told to contact you via email at CPGINC.COM. All I would like is the 4th check for $20 as promised.
