SYN, INC Purchased 4 magazine subscriptions and tried to cancel. They said they never received the cancelations and I still haven't received any magazines. Kittredge, Colorado

I purchased 4 magazine subscriptions from Stephanie that came to my door. After going through the purchases I found out the price was a bit high so I filled out the cancellations on the back of the receipts and sent them in. I called them a few weeks later, and the girl that answered the phone was very obnoxious and rude. She said they never received the cancellations and they require a copy of the cleared check. So I sent everything again and this time I sent it certified mail and called them again a few weeks later. When I talked to a guy on the phone he first said they never received them and I said bull I sent them certified and got a receipt showing they were signed for. So I told him everything that was going on and he said its not their fault they received it more then the 3 business days and  It's all my fault and I'm out of the money. I still haven't even received any of the subscriptions. If anyone is doing any class action suit against these people please let me know!!!!
