I was buying items with a friend at Loehmans. My friend offered her customer number for discounts. The check out guy asked if we wanted free magazines. My friend wanted. I didn't. We asked several times if my friend got them, if my card would be charged now or even 3 months down the roard. The check out guy said each time No.  Since Feb, I've been getting charged for magazines that my friend hasn't even recieved.  They have my credit card on file and continue to keep it on file after numerous requests and reassurances that the # would be purged from the system. It has not been purged from the system. They never got my permission to have it in the first place. They keep charging my card and didn't have permission from me in first place. That is fraud!
