I have been a Men's Health Magazine subscription holder for many years. Never had a problem until now. Men's Health Magazine would send me a renewal notice in the mail and I would confirm my renewal by returning the card they sent me and I was billed accordingly.
Evidently, the people at Men's Heath / Rondale Books were getting lazy and didn't want to deal with magazine subscriptions anymore so they turned my subscription over to Synapse New Sub Service.
The people at Synapse New Sub Service took it upon themselves to debit my account for $42.00 to renew my subscription without my authorization.
At this time I want to: Cancel my subscription to Men's Health Magazine and get reimbursed my $42.00 that my account was debited for.
I will never do business with Men's Health Magazine or Rodale Books ever again!!
