     I am writing this to report that when my 84 year old father tried to cancel his subscriptions to 2 magazines, he was given the run-around and cut off.  This report is being written also to give Synapse Ventures, Inc. one more chance to correct this situation.

     My father has called your organization a couple of times and has been given a bad time and he is still receiving his magazines, which he does not want, and his credit care is still being charged.  Here's your chance, make it good andI will write a letter of fair trade practices!
