Synapse Ventures, Inc Tried a trial magazine subscription, was told I could cancel by December 22, was sent a postcard that stated this as well. Called the 1-800-586-9312 number to cancel. Computer voice could not hear Salt Lake City, Utah

I ordered Beach Body's Hip Hop Abs. I was informed I could have a trial subscription to 3 magazines. I was told I HAD to take all three.

I tried for the first month, called to cancel at 1-800-586-9312, and found all they do is pretend not to hear your voice, and hang up on you. I used the touch number system with the computer animated voice, finally received a male voice, Anima Garcia, Heather Nyde (Nye), and Yvonne Ducannis, none of them could hear my voice, and promptly hung up within 5 seconds of answering the call.

I went on site to Cosmopolitan Magazine and canceled my subscription with them. I went onto Natural Health's and Fitness Magazine's Website and canceled via their "Email and Customer Service" contact sites. It is not easy but at least it was done.

I am infuriated at such a weasel of a company scamming people in this way. I will never order from Beach Body again, and I will not ever take a subscription from anyone again!!!
