SYNCOM Synergetic Communications threating, harrasing and verbal abuse during calls Houston, Texas

Of course, being concerned as to what this was about, I called her back.  She then asked for my name and put me on hold for 15 minutes.  When D. Toliver came back on the phone she the became a different person than who had answered the phone.  Her tone was very dark and then stated that "we have a problem".

I asked her who she was calling for and what the circumstances were.  She then said "I will tell you when I'm ready to."  Needless to say, I became a little irrate at this time with the attitude that I was receiving from her.  

She then said that I owed a total of $46,000+ for a defaulted loan.  I asked her who for, that is when she said Vanderbilt Mortgage.  

I then informed her that for the last 10 yrs that I have been fighting with Oakwood Finance/Vanderbilt Mortgage on this loan.  See, my husband & I were buying a home through Oakwood (before Vanderbilt bought their finance company).  After being in the home 5 months, we started to notice the house was seperating.  Informed Oakwood of the problem and they tried to buy us off with one month's mortgage paid.  We said no, gave them the house back...Voluntery Reposession.  Was informed that there would be no penalties.

One yr later get a letter from Oakwood stating that they are going to sell the house.  That was the last we had heard, until about 2 yrs ago when Vanderbilt called.

Now, we are getting threatened and harrassed by SYNCOM and have been told that my husband and myself are stupid and that we stand no chance, this is from Ms. Toliver.  She said that no matter what we do, they will make sure that this stays on our credit for life, unless we pay them off by Monday.  No way in.....!!!!!!  She then tried to threaten my possesions and said that she will see us in court.

Go ahead Ms. Toliver, try your scare tactics on us...they will not work.
