i got divorced in dec 2005 there it was settled that my ex was to keep her car and the payment was hers so i sent a letter to the fincae company to take my name of the title and loan i never herd back so thought eveything was good to go a few months later she got her car repoed wish was ok cuz i had nothing to do with it as i thought until now august of 2009 got a letter from synergetic communications saying i owed 9606.06 for that car and i have 10 days to pay it or they will sue me in court well i sent them the letter sateing im not responsable for it but they said that letter is no good and i have to pay it cuz my ex cant cuz she has MS and cant even stand up let alone work she is in a nursing home and they call her everyday therating to sue her can u belvie that she only has a few months left on this planet and they wanna sue her what a**holes
