synergy capital annoying phone calls staten isalnd New York

after many phone calls and emails from this company and each time telling them to take me off there list i am finally pissed with them. i have let them know i am on the do not call list, each time they send me a email i unsubscribe, the last time they called they hung up on my secretary, i called back asked to speak with a supervisor who i was told choose not to come to the phone saying i was a fraud, i called back from a different number and got in touch with a person who said they were a supervisor and would take me off there list of people to email and call. i doubt it will happen from past experience, so far from the last time 2 weeks ago that they took me off there list i am still getting harrassing phone calls from them , and that is what i must term them as i did not ask for them to call, i ask for them not to call me, yet they still do
