Paid for 10,000 letters to be mailed. Promised specific layout and type of letters, we provided data. Later discovered data we provided wasnt used. The design and layout we paid for and requested wasnt used, a much cheaper option was used. Was promised a refund or redo on the mailing and never received said promise or refund. Now being told cant help us and only way will help is if we give them more money.
