Synergy Direct Response is a Scam !

Attention Loan Officers, Mortgage Companies, Loan Modification Companies.  Synergy Direct Response is a Scam.  They will promise the world and sell you a boat load of worthless leads.

I am in the mortgage and mortgage modification business and I was told I was purchasing leads of people who were at least 30, 60 or 90 days behind on their mortgage.  Synergy claims their leads are laser targeted yet I spent $3,000 on these leads and less than 1% of respondence were behind on their mortgage.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Bogus Complaint

AUTHOR: Scoobysteven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 28, 2009

OMG, this must be Alex Fender again.  Look Alex, go away.  You are not going to convince the world that a company selling ONLY direct mail services, sells leads.  Look you idiot, this  company does not sell leads.  If any reader is swayed by this totally retalitory, and completely fictitious complaint posting, simply call the number listed with the company in the original posting, and ask them if they sell leads.

Let me explain what is really going on, my name is Steven Hallsted, and I used to work for Synergy Direct Response.  I also used to work in sales for the debt settlement and loan modification business.  I discovered that the company, FH Financial services was deliberately posting fake positive reviews on Yahoo, Yelp, and similar review boards.  Andrew and his clan, in their zeal to steal customer's money, went around placing many fake 5 star reviews posing as imaginary, happy customers.  They even had the audacity to post fake reviews on Christian websites.  Andrew, you ARE going to hell!!!

If anyone has any question as to this poster's legitimacy, simply Google, "FH Financial Services Texas Attorney General", then consider that the original bogus complaint above was written by their VP.  Of course, this bogus poster did not even leave his real name.  Andrew, you are the worst excuse for a human being, and I do not believe for a minute that you served in the US Marine Corp.  They would never, I repeat NEVER allow a fool like you to serve in such a fine organization.

There is a valuable lesson in this rant, and the idiot's(Alex's) previous bogus complaint, readers please note.  Reviews are bogus.  Anyone who spends their hard earned money based on the suggestion of an anonymous poster's "5 star recommendation" is either a fool or ignorant.  One well know automotive dealership review board had to literally block the IP addresses for auto dealership, just to stop car salesmen from posting fake bogus positive reviews for themselves.  FH Financial Services has had an art of fake postings.  They may have been successful in their sinister plans had it not been for me.

Again, Andrew, you are going to hell!!!!  Fake review postings on a Christian website?  You are a disgrace!  My real name is listed below, unlike your fake and bogus "anonymous" name.
