With a mailing address on the 20,000 Block of Irvine Avenue, Suite 170, but a physical address of 328 Old Newport Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92663, 949-574-8600 - this "Boiler-room" is fronted by "straw man" Robert Falco, but run actually by two step-brothers, Tony Pistilli (convicted Federal Felon for Mail/Wire Fraud, drug addict) and M. McDonald (SEC shut down "Coldwell Banker REIT" he was involved in),
These crooks will do, just as they did with Consolidated/Alliance O/G Project @ Kansas ($167M raised - now the Investors have filed a Class-Action Lawsuit) - they'll Cold-call unsuspecting, trusting Investors and "Blue-Sky" them with preponderous speculative projections about how the Oil & Gas Wells they'll "finance" will "strike gold".
If anyone does REAL Due Diligence, the Principals, Falco & Pistilli, claim on the SEC filings that NO ONE is being paid Broker fees/Commissions, when, in fact, the "Boiler-room" skims approximately 35%-45% of each & every Investment, lying on the SEC filing that 100% go directly to "Proceeds".

The SEC is already on these crooks, and with Pistilli's NCIC, among others, the FBI will certainly be soon to follow!
Do NOT take any Cold-calls from these buzzards, claiming a prior relationship with a random previous date that you ( as is the plan) don't remember. Just Hang-Up !

Synergy is not a boiler room It has a few good men that work hard for Investors to see A great return every QTR. Upon proper due diligence NO such boiler room is to be found, also as of now, No Tony P. or Mike D., step brothers, Felons or drug addicts, of any sort, have anything to do with this company. this company is A rated with the BBB, truly Nicholas Earl Crowley ps why would someone say bad about somthing good if the S.E.C. can't find anything rong with Synergy's books?
