Synergy Pro Consulting - Grant Coaching Mel Feller $4350.00 for 8 sessions of 'custom' grant coaching. Got no grant and no money. St. George, Utah

I wanted to apply for a grant to go to nursing school. Because I was older, a female and of a minority race, I thought I might qualify but I didnt know anything about grants.

After I contacted Synergy, Andy from sales gave me a wonderful picture of how successful I would be after 8 sessions of custom grant coaching with my personal grant coach. He even set up an appointed time to call me back to talk to my husband because my husbands buy in was important to my success. He wanted to ensure  that I had my husbands support in this great endeavor that I was about to  embark on.

Mel Feller was my grant coach. I had 8 sessions with him but he promised me that he wouldnt quit until I had a grant. Each session was conducted by phone and the time and date of the next session was always set up at the end. It always seemed that he was too busy to spend much time coaching me due to his busy schedule or being out of town. A few times he didnt call in as scheduled. Once he had told me that he called me three times and got a busy signal each time. That is not possible because I have call waiting and if my phone was busy it would just keep ringing. He still made me feel like it was my fault.

Once I sent him a grant application to review. The application deadline date expired and he denied ever receiving it. I sent him a screen shot of my email with the attached file and the timestamp. He still accused me of lying.

$4,350 dollars later, I had nothing; no grant, no plan, just a list of websites that I could have searched up myself. I complained but got no satisfaction.

It has been several years since this happened and Im only reporting about this now because I just found out about this ripoff website. Just on a whim, I entered a search for Synergy and read many reports, even another report involving Mel Feller. I dont know if Mel still works there, but Synergy is still in business. Why cant something be done about their business practice ?
