I explained to the first person the type of business I was trying to obtain funding for and was assured it was available.
Next I spoke to someone who assured me that I would receive a written business plan and training in grant writing, for a fee of $5350 spread over three credit cards. I tried to rescind my agreement within the first three days due to internet accessibility problems. I was reassured that help was available. I was referred to a "coach". She did not have a clue. Then I got a "special coach", Mr. Feller. By now my time had expired.
I supplied all of the info required for the business plan, when it was received it was twisted and unusable. Mr. Feller asked me to resend the info then informed me he was unable to read it due to the fact I had MSWORKS and advised me to obtain MSWORD.
Again I explained the internet and financial issues involved. I asked again for a refund and was advised none would be forthcoming.
I cannot seem to get any resolution here.
I only pray their REAL FAMILIES are treated with more care and concern.

Hi. I too have been scammed by this company so I feel your pain. I have also found how to get ALL your money back.
FIRST: FIle a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This will start the process and you will be promptly contact by Rachel the Customer Service Manager. At first she will pretend that she is concerned. and will try to resolve your complaint by talking you into taking more "coaching". REFUSE and REQUEST a copy of the ORIGINAL SALES CALL. (They are REQUIRED by LAW to have these on file and to provide them to you upon request). INSIST ON A FULL REFUND. She will then set up a "CONCERN CALL" with Mel Feller who is the Owner of his own coaching company that is employed by Synergy. Now Mel will talk to you and tell you how wonderful the grant process is and how he PERSONALLY can assist you. REFUSE. This will infurriate Both of them. INSIST ON A FULL REFUND. Unfortunately, you will be degraded and spoke to as if you were a child telling you to take responsibility for YOUR actions. Rachel will yell and scream at you. This is acceptable by this company. HOLD YOUR GROUND. INSIST ON A FULL REFUND. Eventually they will give in. They will send you a cancellation agreement for the FULL purchase amount. SIGN IT and get it back to them. They WILL promptly send you a check in FULL. Cash it quickly. THEN. File a report with the UTAH ATTORNEY GENERALS office. He will be very nice and will be more than interested in the phone call you now have. ALL I ASK is that you help me contact others that have been taken advantage of. HELP others get their money back and HELP put them out of business once and for all.
It is wrong for them to feed on the hopes and dreams of others. I hope this helps you. God Bless You and your family.

I have heard nothing regarding any of my complaints. I am not surprised but still highly disappointed that people can take advantage of others during periods of distress.
