SYNTAX REBATE WRONGFULLY DENIED...WENT TO THE TOP AND GOT MY CHECK IN THE MAIL 3 DAYS LATER I purchased the Olevia Syntax LT32HVE from a major store chain and am completely happy with the product. It's appeal was the $400 rebates. I received the store's rebate very quickly. Syntax group however denied my rebate saying that it was mailed in past the allotted time frame, I was hopping mad. So I of course called, and by the way you will never get through because it's an audio recording loop that after holding an eternity drops your call.

I then emailed a very polite letter to Syntax, which they ignored. Next I tooled around the web to get the executives names for the Store chain I had purchased the TV from as well as the Executives for Syntax. I guessed at their email addresses and sent an email to the Syntax Executives, Carbon Copied the Syntax Rebate customer service department that was ignoring me and Blind Carbon Copied the Executives at the store I purchased the TV from. I wanted them to know that Syntax was not honoring their rebates. Within 4 hours I received an apology from the Store Chains Chief Operating Officer stating that they don't know how my email ended up in their inbox but they were sorry and would get it taken care of, after that, I received several other emails throughout the day...the final email I received that day was from a Syntax Group executive stating that it was an error on their part and check would be going out that day. Got my check in the mail 3 days later.
