Systems and Services Technologies - SST - UAC - Union Acceptance Corporation ripoff is taking advantage of their customers who are paying back their car loans Kansas City Missouri

I'm filing my report to confirm that everything that the customers of Systems & Services Technologies SST aka (UAC) Union Acceptance Corporation are indeed victims of fruad and being taken advantage in a very bad way. My mom elderly mother was also taken an advantage of this company pertaining to a car loan like everyone else who has filed their reports.


My mom's car loan was unknowninly charged with miscellious fees and unexplained intrest. Whenever my mom tried contacting SST about these charges she recieved as to little or no help in understanding these changes towards her account. I even gain permission from my mom to call a couple of times to SST even then I did not get any where on my mom's behalf. I'm worried if SST doesnt stop taking advantage of the elderly customers and all of their other customers who are victims this company will continue to take their money and continue to perform miscellious charges and fees.


On several occassions SST purposely did not give credit for payments made towards my mom's loan account even tho she sent in monthly payments on time by Quick Payment Western Union Gram. I dont know what to expect from this company any more because someone should investagate SST and close them down for good. I am also aware of the various location addresses from state to state and various telephone numbers this company has and current name changed done in April 17, 2005 because On October 31, 2002, Union Acceptance Company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in trying to close up its debts. Now get this in an effort to further curtail expenses and conserve cash resources, SST aka UAC started charging fees, unknowningly adding double daily interest rates , and unauthorized rearrangeing aggreements made when this company was once UAC because of debts then customers like my mom and others have to suffer with these unknown fees, rudeness, lies, and cheats from this company. Please send whoever it takes to investagate this company because this company is a loan shark hideing under cover.
