Contacted for repair of central air. 10m capacitor was bad. Refused to replace due to poor maintenance of coils (found to be partially blocked). Advised system is cleaned every 2 years have not contacted service company this year yet for service. Have invoices to back up work preformed. Refused to repair. Total Ripoff

Systems Protect Home Warranty They did nothing. Sold lies and intentional misrepresentations; committed fraud and took premiums and charged for services never rendered, and then charged a cancellation fee PLUS additional costs for claims paid, when no work was ever done.

Systems Protect Home Warranty ,Home Sure Services ,AC needed coils replaces and company that was sent out said it was dirty and wouldn't do it. I send proof that I had it cleaned a year ago and they still will not fix this problem because their co. said it was dirty. Glendale AZ Arizona
