SysTools SysTools AOL PFC Converter Internet

I purchased this software on 8/23/17 - SysTools AOL PFC converter.  It has never worked.  Since then they have sent me five versions, all labeled v5.0.  The software is suppose to convert AOL email stored on your PC in a PFC (personal file cabinet).  First attempt, it only brought over 25% of the email.  That continue for several versions.  On all versions, no attachments come over and all sent emails are missing the entire content of the body of the email.  All that converts over is the to, from, date, and subject field.  Each call to support renders a 24 hour lag for reply, while they look over the ErrorWarningLog, which is literally hundreds of pages long.  This company uses your money and your valuable time as their quality control department.  They use you to test their software, like the other complaint from 2014 states, their products do NOT work.
