I switched from my current electric utility to Systrum Energy after I was told I would save 5-15% vs. my electric utility. To my surprise, my utility bills have mostly been higher with Systrum Energy and my latest one was $300+ more than it would have been with my prior electric utility. I have contacted Alex Tullo of Systrum about this matter a few times but have not heard back yet.

For all those in a similar situation...
You have the right to call the Board of Public Utilities to investigate your utility complaints and inquiries. Your service may not be terminated for non-payment of disputed charges during a BPU investigation.
