Toni who is the owner and representative of ,T. Geek Computer Services, of this business is dishonest and untrustworthy. On her second job for me, I told her I needed to buy a used Apple desk top and she told me she had this great Apple desk top in great condition for sale right around my budget, so I gave her the money. However right after I gave her the money then she started telling me how it needed a hard drive and CD drive and one key was missing on the keyboard. 3 weeks later and a bunch of excuses, I still do not have my computer. I ask for her to return my money and she told me it would be another 30 days. She has essentially hijacked my hard earn money without delivering the product which is theft. I would never again trust this person in my home and especially repairing my personal computers, their is no telling what she maybe doing.

Dear Reader,
Mr. Simmons, has a habit of not being truthful. Though we have extended several hundreds of dollars in discounts toward repairs of his home equipment, waived several house-visit-fees, and waived repair costs for his iPhone, he repeatedly display a lack of gratitude. He has been unjustifiably abusive, vulgar, perverse, and hostile toward our staff.
We have a copy of a Cashier's Check payable to Herbie Simmons, for the full reimbursement of a used computer he purchased from us. Ironically, Mr. Simmons, attempted to use false claims in order to swindle us for an additional $30 over the purchase price of the computer. (We video-tapped the transaction.)
Mr. "How To Get the Man of Your Dreams" Simmons, is currently facing criminal, domestic abuse charges. If he continues attacking our integrity with false allegations, we will be forced to file Suite against Mr. Simmons, for Defamation of Character.
At T. Geek Computer Services, our top priority is integrity; we guarantee our repairs. We love our customers, however in our nightmarish experience with Mr. Simmons, we were not surprised to learn that his characteristics match those of his associates. That said, Mr. Simmons, is DEFINITELY NOT "...The Man (customer) of OUR Dreams."
