I retained Ezlocal to maintain an established website explaining to them that I wanted them to manage that website to get my company exposure and the phone ringing. I allowed them access to my website whereby they did some site work but they deliberately omitted or failed to establish the proper coding search engine optimizers and the like to direct web traffic to my search engine.

Each time I inquired of the account manager why the phones weren’t ringing he indicated to me it would take time for it to come to the top of the Google search engine all the while knowing what the problem was. They cannot be trusted nor can you believe anything they say.

They will take your money yet fail to deliver the services that you pay and ask them for. If they had just been honest with me from the onset (if they had told me outright that they would not set up my SEO’s in addition to whatever else needed be done, I would’ve further considered my options. I can understand whereby they want me to buy their website where-in I’m locked-in but be honest with me and let me decide. Instead they chose to mislead me, allowing me to believe that my optimizes were set up.

If you’re reading this most likely you’ve already paid them for some services that you feel that you’re not receiving. I suggest that you do not negotiate with them or give them an additional opportunity to lead you but rather disconnect your bank account from, have nothing more to do with them. I suggest you go to a company like Go Daddy.com and allow them to manage your webpage and your website all under one umbrella, someone I find to be credible and less expensive.
