Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In April of 2010, I bought what was supposed to be the best smart phone service available. I was told my bill would never go beyond 69.00 a month!
Wrong! when I happened to be going through my bills I noticed that they were charging me for things that were ridiculous and unfair considering I had the all inclusive anytime anywhere plan. I could never "get on line" and they were charging me for texts coming through that I never answered. The phone sat cold for months as I went to another phone and another service...STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE THEY ARE LIARS! I decided to cancel even though they cahrge over 200 bucks plus another months service even though they turned me off. Lousy company...

It does not matter if you "answered" the text messages if your phone receives a text your gonna be charged. You don't have to open it, you received it and you are charged for it.
Do you really think that your bill would never go over 69.00? So that means you can call internationally all you want and thats included? How about when you call 411, you expect T-mobile to pay for that even though you did it. If you chose to use features you don't have you are going to get charged, this happens with all companies.
Maybe you should act like a real adult and read the contracts that you are signing. Thats what they call responsible and if you have an issue with the bill and its incorrect maybe you should ask what they are charging you for rather than complaining online.
