T Mobile Cell Phone Company Rochester, New York

I called T-Mobile and verified coverage where I live, per there map and phone, they assured coverage, so I ordered phones (2) and after one week no service, I have called every week since, not only terrible phone service terrible, customer service, I never was given the option to get out of the contract, they wont even call 611, there number, h*ll I even tried 911 "no network available" wtf.

I wrote the company and they said we cant let you out of the contract our map shows service, I called again, bring your buts out here and check, this is the worse place ever, and every phone call I was on the phone atleast 1hr with thier people trying crap, or on hold, h*ll today it took me 2hrs just to get them shut off and 3 phone calls, and it is gonna cost me $500.  So Beware TMobile Sucks... So does their customer service.
