On Nov 22,2005 T-Mobil billed our US Bank credit card $199.71. We did not catch this until doing taxes in March 2006. We do not now or ever had anything to do with T-Mobil.
I first contacted US Bank who first credited our account and subsequently rebilled us the $199.71 on the basis that our notification exceeded 60 days which is correct.
I subsequently tried to get compensation from T-Mobile since this is such an obvious case of mischarging. I have spent the past month in that hopeless endeavor. Each time I did what the representative suggested, nothing happened except another email from someone other than the previous contact with a different response, totally unrelated to the previous message.
An example is the following:
On 24 April 2006 Customer care Specialist Art N. Rep ID 7245619 requested I fax him at 866-828-8101 a copy of the US Bank statement showing the charge. I did this the same day and also sent him an email notifying him it had been sent.I subsequently got the following response:

Dear Elmer,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us at T-Mobile. My name is Remona and I am glad to assist you today.
I understand you are very upset about the $200.00 transaction on your credit card. I'd be annoyed if there was some irrelevant withdrawal on my credit card statement. Let's see what I can do.
Elmer, I do apologize for all the miscommunication and inconvenience caused.
In order to settle this issue, please contact your Credit Card company since we have no way of tracking this withdrawal because you are a T-Mobile Customer.
Should you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us via email or call customer care # 1-800-937-8997.
Sincerely,
Remona H 7265654

This kind of thing continues every day. When I try to call T-Mobile HQ they say they have none and will provide no phone or email access to anyone at T-Mobile

T-Mobile/US Bank Runaround update
AUTHOR: Elmer - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 26, 2006
A few hours after posting the report I got the 1st ever phone call from T-Mobile reporting they found not just one but 4 recent fraudulent charges to my credit card. They assured me the total of some $600+ would be credited back to my credit card.
Shortly thereafter I got a call from US Bank offering their help.
HEY, this posting seems to be working. Will provide an update if and when the money is actually refunded and yes I have cancelled my credit card.
