T & S Marine Sold me a boat that was majorly wrecked Oakwood Georgia

I purchased a used bass boat (2006 Triton TR 21) the owner Terry told me boat was in great shape and boat motor only had about150 hours on it. He also stated that his service department has a open check book to fix and go through each and every boat he sells. I drove down a form IL and got there and boat looked good but found lots of items not working. he put a couple guys on it to do minor repairs. i used boat for a week straight and the fiberglass hull started to leak. took it to a custom fiberglass repair place and the boat has had major damage. the hull started to delaminate that caused the leak. the boat hull had over 8 ft. of repaired fiberglass and no reinforcement just bondo in one spot that caused the delaminating. Terry said he would call me back and to this day I’m still waiting. I paid 21000.00 for boat.
