We are very sorry for any inconvinience we may have caused you. If you would like your issue resolved, we ask that you contact Tabletops Unlimited's customer sevice department. It is very likely that you sent your rebate to the incorrect address, as we did change loctions around that time and BB&B did not notify it's consumers about the change in address. The following is the correct address, our contact number and the extention for the customer service department.
