Tabor Orthopedics Dr Sam Shroerlucke prioritizes insurance companies' bottom line over patients, abusive Memphis Tennessee

I was sent to Tabor Clinic on a matter regarding my back. There, Dr Sam Shroerlucke ordered X Rays done. Which he then purposefully ignored. He still has not viewed my back X Ray at all, only the neck X Ray, and was ordered by Sentry Insurance to claim that they were "fine".

After going through myself and looking at my X Rays, I saw that I have two vertebrae broken over at an angle to each other. This pushes my lower back into a curve. This is what Shroerlucke claims is a normal spine, and is just "fine".

At least he ordered MRIs done, though he's made it clear that he will dutifully ignore any images of my back in favor of misdiagnosing me to the benefit of Sentry Insurance. He also gave me pain medication, and some other medication for swelling.

Today, I attempted to call to get my pain medication refilled. I called the office twice, and was sent to a voice mail of Dr Shroerlucke's assistant, who promptly deleted them. The third time I called, I was put on hold indefinitely. I finally got through the fourth time, though I had to threaten to call my lawyer to do so.

I was sent then to the most rude and obnoxious human being I have ever had the misfortune of being put on a call with. In between the verbal abuse, she did finally get Dr Shroerlucke's assistant to write out a prescription. She then hung up on me, even though I wanted to speak with the management to complain.

First off, this is primarily to register a complaint so that people in need of medical care can do a search, and be informed of Tabor Clinic. They most likely will ignore this entirely. At least, however, more people will see this, and at least a few ill decide to go elsewhere, rather than be victimized by this criminal enterprise.

Should they bother to respond, I want Shroerlucke forced to actually view my back X Rays, and MRIs should they ever be taken. It will become much harder to claim that my spine is fine once he does. If he continues to assert that that is a normal spinal condition, then at the malpractice suit he can explain to a judge why he feels so. He should also lose his license to practice and be fired.

Both his assistant and the woman in the Workman's Comp department should be fired. They have no excuse for abusing patients.
