TAC EVOLUTION WEST from my account!!!!! everett, Washington

I received a phone call from an East Indian man named Rox Murphy. He asked if I had an attorney to represent me for a court case the next day. I asked him what this was concerning and he said that I had Stolen money from a company. I asked him what company and he said that if I wanted the information that I would have to send them a letter by fax stating that I had sotolen the money and that I was going to repay it or the could send the letter to my employer and that I would be fired and then I would be arrested for theft and I would loose my house and my kid if I had one.

I asked him what I needed to do to correct the situation and he told me what to write.

I_____________ did not run away with the money. I am going to repay the money as of this minute and  this was a miscommunication between my credito and myself.

I had to have this notarized and fax it to him. Stupid me I gave him my debit card number.

They tried to take out the balance he said I owed and also they tried to take it out again as three different amounts.

My bank called me and asked if I had authorized any advertising on my account. I asked her what she was talking about and she said there were 4 different charges pending on my account for a total of 1689.44. I asked her who the company was and she said it comes up as Tac Evolution West. I asked her if she could see what the company was. She googled it and said all that comes up are Fraud alerts.

I told her not to approve the transactions and that I would fill out the fraud forms on my account.

Needless to say Tac Evolution ended up getting 400 dollars out of my account. They are still harrassing me with phone calls and saying that I am going to be sued for the money. I told them where to put their lawsuit.

If anyone else has the same issue I would like to know I am having a hard time getting the money back and need the help.
