I purchased a Tahoe Tack (first quality) Diamond Stingray saddle from Tack Wholesalers on December 6th, 2014.
On Wednesday December 10th, 2014 I received my saddle via Fedex.
Upon openning the box, the saddle skirt was twisted, the fenders, seat jockies and saddle horn were blemished. Along with the stainless steel rigging 'D's', Plus quality was questionable becacause there was no rear jockey to firm the saddle.
I called Tack Wholesalers three times, in all instances they asked me to take pictures and forward them so they could contact Tahoe Tack the saddle company.
I asked to speak to a supervisor/owner, etc. The response was the supervisors work nights.
I find it highly unlikely that the company owner Ms. Rene Singh works nights.
And it's highly unlikely that John Emmons the manager works nights. It seems customer service has no intention of conecting one with anyone of authority.
They will probably use this as an excuse that they were not contacted to stretch to three days so they can say I didn't contact them in the proper time frame to blow me off. Even though Tack Wholesalers was contacted within an hour of delivery.
I don't feel that it's my responsibility to do Tack Wholesalers job with their supplier Tahoe Tack to get my product replaced.
I offered them an option to sell me another saddle model from Tahoe Tack that was better made and was listed for $949 vs the saddle I received of poorer quality that listed for $1,295.
I would not suggest buying anything from Tack Wholesalers till they improve their customer quality and attitude.
Also, check their Better Business Bureau complaints.
It will make you think a second time. Also be sure to check manufactuers product reviews to verify the quality of priducts,

In doing additional work on my problem above I was attempting to contact Tahoe Tack the manufacturer.
To my dismay there is no listing for this company anywhere to be found.
What I did find is that these saddles are manufactured in India! No one on the Internet tells you these are cheaply made overseas vs here in the USA.
Buyer beware! Seems deception is rampant. Sellers of these saddles should inform buyers and tell them you won't find someone to contact with problems or defects.
Recommend buying a King Brand Saddle. Better quality for your money!
Definitely stay away from Tack Wholesale. Com! Run if you can!
