Taco Cabana taco cabana, tacocabana, cabana, TACO CABANA RIP OFF!!! THEY LIE, THEY RUDE!, they took MY MONEY! no refund when I cancel my order! Kingwood Texas

Today I went to Taco Cabana Location in Kingwood Tx 77339, I went via the drive tru , and order a 1/2 fajitas. Got to the 2nd window and order a medium coke, which the lady charged me for. So a total of 14.05 + 1.89. I waited over 5 minutes and the lady asked me to pull up, which I did. Then the next 10 minutes go by and still nothing  on the food. Another 5 minutes go by and still nothing, The people on the back got their order already. So the lady from the drive tru comes outside and asks me to park my car because i was blocking the way from the other customer that got their order and are ready to leave. At this point I am very frustrated and ask for my refund. The lady with an attirude said, You need to come in side and ask for the manager for a refund. I was like WTF!, So I parked and went inside the store with my two receipts and asked for a refund. The manager said I need to give her the drink back ifnot she was not going to provide me a refund. This is TEXAS, 95 degrees sun, I drank the drink after 25 minutes waiting on my f**king fajitas!!! So I asked a for a full refund! a total of 18+ , and got nothing! While i was there i called their customer service and spoke to them to file a complaint , since i though they should know they were serving alcohol to minors and letting walk outside drunk. 

I have posted on faceboook, google, Etc and i will keep posting until they are closed for serving alcohol to minors and robing people of their money. 

The asst manager was Angela JACKSON, she refused to provided me my money back and never gave me the food I paid for! She serve lcohol to minors and let them walked out!
