Tacoma Washington division of child support They are taking people's monies and not sending payments to custodial parent Tacoma Washington

 Hello, I am a custodial parent. And my daughter's father and I are good friends, so we talk almost everyday. So, about 6 months ago. I called him to see why he had stop paying c.s. He then informed me that he had in fact been making payments like clock work. I called, each time I had talked to my case worker, she was really rude (Mrs. Monk). I wanted to know just why they hadn't sent the payments to me, since they were taking it from him. Long story short. She told me that sometimes they do get monies from the parent that has to pay, they hold on to it. Wtf!!! That money don't belong to them so why are they holding on to it. And the whole while they are saying that he is really far behind on payments. But how is that so, when the payments are being taken. We have check stubs to prove everything. I am at my wits end. Are they pocketing the monies? I'm ready to sue.
