I, in good faith, made a purchase from this supposed LAW ENFORCEMENT SUPPLY compnay on Feb 17 2005. The item was defective. It did not work. It took over a month to receive a response from the owner. When he finally did respond he gave me a return authorization number. I waited another month. When I contacted him again, he said it was out of stock. He said he would credit my credit card on April 27. It is now July 14th and I have not received said credit and the merchant no longer responds. I have been OBVIOUSLY more than patient with this fool and have had it with his tactics (HAHA) Tactical light gear is a rip off and I advise anyone and everyone not to attempt a purchase from this scammer.

He is right, we made an honest mistake. I understand his frustration and we have issued a credit to his credit card for the full amount of his order.
We process thousands of orders very successfully every year. However, we did make a mistake with this gentleman. We have instituted new processes internally to make sure this does not happen again.
In April I did tell him we were issuing credit. Somehow this fell thru the cracks of delegation. The next time I heard from him was this morning saying he filed this report. I instantly issued a credit to his credit card once I discovered it had not been done, and notified him that I was sorry for the situation and it had been resolved. The response I received from Duncan was filled with vulgarities and name calling.
So to recap - we HAVE issued credit, and put new policies in place to insure this will not happen again.
