The Attorney General of Tennessee (Consumer Affairs) and the BATF were useless in this situation. It was only after writing a short, non-threatening letter (Registered Mail), to the owners (Home Addresses) and some employees that I received my Refund ($534) by check within five days. I am grateful that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, all tho it took over a year for the results to become finalized.

I contacted the Attorney General of Tennessee about my problem with this company and they wrote back that it was more a problem that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms people could deal with so they referred my complaint to them but so far I haven't heard from them either.
