Tactical Gun Armory My report reads almost identical to two others on google. Caution and Dishonesty Knoxville Kentucky

Is this company, Tactical Gun Armory, overwhelmed and understaffed during this period of unprecedented gun sales or just some more internet crooks defrauding unsuspecting customers?

I too was attracted my low prices online. I placed an order on 2/24 and got an email response that the item was on backorder. Upon asking, I was informed my acct was already charged - the same day of the order.

I subsequently received an email stating that my acct would be credited upon my request and be recharged when order was shipped. The backorder expected fill date has come and gone with nothing received. I did finally get through to the customer service number after hours of holding. The woman could/would not give me any update to the status of the backorder. She offered me a more expensive model that she assured me was in stock. I did not accept this offer and asked for a VISA credit. Again she promised to immediately credit my account. I followed up the phonecon with an email confirming my desire for a credit. To date, 3/25, my acct has not been credited by Tactical Gun Armory.

Subsequent to 3/15 I have not received any email responses nor have I been able to get through by phone. VISA is sending me paperwork to get the charges reversed. I wish I had seen the Rip Off Reports when I first googled this company.
