TAFS, INC Trans AM Financial Services TAFS is a factoring company who is scamming owner operators out of there hard earned money. I want out of my contract after 150 days with no activity and a zero balance and they want to charge me $ 2,500 for a release authority letter Olathe Kansas

I was referred to TAFS and signed up prematurely and during the application process it was not pointed out to me that I would be locked in to contract for a year. I did skim through the actual contract but at that time I had a big project I was working on and needed to pay my drivers quick and fast. The contract fell through and I no longer needed TAFS services.

I used TAFS for one week with one of my local contracts and decided it was not for me and I called in and cancelled by phone. I paid them in full and haven't had NO ACTIVITY with them for 150 Days.

TAFS is now contacting all of my clients and forcing them to pay them my earnings which I am currently disputing.

I have called TAFS all week long requesting to speak to a manager so that I can get out of contract and not one person has called me back to address my issue. Also, in order for me to be released from TAFS they are asking me to pay $ 2,500.00 for a release letter. SMH. This company is a disgrace and I will make sure every single one of my future and present business associates never do business with them.

If a customer does not want to use your services and has not used you in 150 days so far why not just let them out of their contract and keep it moving? Some contracts are made to be broken and since I have been asking to cancel since the first week I signed up then I don't see why theres in issue.
