TAFS or TransAM Financial Solutions Stole my money Olathe Kansas Nationwide

 TAFS also known as TransAM Financial Solutions basically stole my money. I have been having several issues with this factoring company since 2014. The person I have been dealing with is Katherine or called Kathy. She and her boss basically lied to myself and my accounting manager. She advised my accounting manager that we had some billing issues and that they need to hold money in reserves . I asked what kind of issues and she said short payments checks that have been lost. And even stated some brokers were paying on the 91st day. I come to find out that the brokers have been paying TAFS on time and that they paid the full invoice They did notice that TAFS was actually altering invoices and fixing the prices on the invoices. TAFS basically debited my account over 23000 because of their scam. That company is a piece of s***. And that girl named Kathy she lies to you and cons you into their games at TAFS. I have had to hire an attorney to sue them as they filed a lien on my property and bank accounts . They are liars and thirds
