Tag Sales by Mona JunkBusters UNSCRUPULOUS, DISORGANIZED, FALSE PROMISES, ABRUBT, CONDESCENDING, Baldwin New York

Beware of this company & this woman.  Mona comes off very confident and professional, but she absolutely does NOT perform for her clients.  

I ABSOLUTELY agree with a previous client's complaint...

"She is unorganized, unprofessional and a scam. She does not work for YOU, she works for her followers! The very ones that are told where to go each and every tag sale she has under contract.They come and are met with hellos and leave(with YOUR things) with hugs and kisses! WHY....because the "Girls" who handle the pricing KNOW them and give your stuff away because they want them at the NEXT tag sale....."

This describes my experience to a "T."  

Additionally, she if very "matter of fact" about her lack of planning and performance.  I cannot tell you how many times she told me, "I'm so tired."  REALLY?  That about sums up her business sense.  She doesn't have sense enough to realize that's the LAST thing a customer wants to hear.  How can she perform well for me if she's "so tired?"  Frankly, I don't care if she's tired.  She signed a contract, made promises, didn't follow through, was disorganized and abrubt, and didn't take ownership of a single thing.  

Her dealers are her bread and butter.  They pay NOTHING for your possessions and are the ONLY people to make money from your sale (except for Mona, of course).  

The aftermath is a HOLY NIGHTMARE.  There will be debris and piles of whatever remains all over the house.  Mona doesn't care.  She's out the door before the "Charity" shows up and doesn't so much as bend over to pick anything up.  Spending another $1500 to someone to get rid of everything leftover was the cherry on top.  "Hey, it costs what it costs."  

All of the items left for people to pick up later are apparently my responsibility.  

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.  I would rather burn everything and enjoy the fire than get burned by this woman again.
