I purchased a can koozie from this company on June 22, 2014. The cost with tax and shipping was $19.77. The product was never shipped. I tried repeatedly to contact them but the phone was always out of service. I sent them many e-mails and they responded to a few of them. At first, they asked for my patience because they were relocating. They claimed that there was a notification on their web site stating this, which there wasn't...I checked. Since then, the only response I have gotten is an e-mail stating "Thank you for contacting Tailgate Giant, we will be in contact with you within 24 Hours, Thank you for Choosing Tailgate Giant". This company is a big ripp off and the person behind it should be in jail.
