Tailor Maid, Elizabeth Solo Refused to return key, threatened lien and bad credit report Ripoff Boca Raton Florida

We hired this company after having been made promises about special requirements we had. We very specifically stated that we needed someone who liked and could deal with pets. They were the high bidder of the cleaning services we interviewed. We decided on them because they promised high service.

The people who came were relatively nice, but seemed absolutely terrified of the dog. Couldn't handle the dog the way that was promised.

When we did report problems of any sort, Ms. Solo aggressively put the problems back on us, like it was our fault. She was fairly unpleasant even while we were customers. We finally got someone else because it just wasn't working out.

When we cancelled the service and asked for our key back, Ms. Solo became threatening. She has refused to return our key, and has threatened to report us to a credit reporting agency and to file a lien on our home!

She also threatened to sue for defamation if I reported her. So here I am, reporting her, because I don't like being threatened. This is all absolutely true, in emails that I have saved. Since truth is a defense, I feel comfortable relaying this to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake.

I see that she did something similar to Antonio in Hollywood, who reported similar threatening behavior on October 14, 2005.

We are having to change our locks because of this situation.
