I write this report because I got ripped off by TAKE A BREAK TRAVEL.

I was staying at Excalibur hotel in Las Vegas August 2012 and was offered a good deal for 4 nights and 3 days free after paying a 124USD deposit that was 100% refundable next time you go to one of the hotels they manage(Excalibur,Luxor, etc). This was in one of the exits while leaving the hotel.

I was asked If married, I said "YES", so the agent(an africanamerican man I dont remember his name) said I qualified for the offer. He was explaining to me that I had just to sign the paper and call the agents 2 weeks in advance to book my reservation next time I wanted to visit one of the hotels.

I told and asked him that I was a full-time Student and DID NOT WORK!!!!and if there was any issue with that, and he said, "OF COURSE NO"

After a couple of months, I called them today.

First of all, the agent was very rude and holding the call many times during the conversation. She told me that was MANDATORY for me and my wife to attend a TIMESHARE PRESENTATION OF 4 HOURS( they never mantion this when you sign the paperwork). She asked me a LONG questionaire and about my wife, if she spoke english, I told her that she does but less than me.

So she wanted to cancel my trip because of that. but then She asked me If I worked and told her I was a full-time student. So she said I did not qualify and she was going to flag immediately my information, cancel everything and I could not get my refund. Because they need people who work and received certain amount of income, they want to sell you the Timeshare package.

So I asked them so send me a copy of the receipt and have not gotten anything in my email.  I will keep posting until I get all my money back because they hide many information that only you realize when you want to redeem your package

This is A SCAM!!!!!! with capital letters

DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM unless you want to get RIPPED OFF, and if after buying the package you read all the few reports on the web including this, trust them. Because you have 30 days to cancel and get FULL REFUND, if you are within the 30 days. CANCEL IT!!!! and if you are not within this period, write a report of SCAM, RIPP OFF and go to BBB (Better Bussines Bureau http://www.bbb.org/  and file your complain.  You dont want this AGENCY TAKE A BREAK TRAVEL,GRANDVIEW LAS VEGAS to steal more people.
