Take Three Nights Take 2 Nights, Take 3 Nights, Take a Getaway Internet

Earlier this year I made the mistake of buying a vacation getaway with this company.  They suckered me in with the promotion of two three night getaways and two rebate vouchers.  One was for $50 gift card rebate and the other was a $40 gas rebate.  They fail to tell you the hoops you go through to get your rebates.  

I did use one 3 night getaway with no issues, however, you can't shop for your hotel online.  You must call the company and have them read off the available hotels over the phone.  You then have to research the hotels yourself then call back and hope they are still available. 

They also sent me forms for the rebates and made is sound so easy to get them.  What they didn't tell me is that you must submit 4 different rebates for gas ($10 each).  They must all be filled in completely and correctly.    They never respond in the mail.  If you call or email them you will get an answer and directions but they are hoping you will just give up and they won't have to pay you.  

For the gift card rebate, they seem to have altered my form because I have a copy of a completed form that I sent to them but they claimed my form was incomplete so they voided the entire form and told me I could not re-submit.  The copy I retained for my records was completely filled in so I suspect they used white out to change my form to make it invalid so they would not have to pay me.  

I never used my 2nd getaway and I am so disgusted by this company I doubt I will at this point.  I would highly recommend avoid using this company at all costs.  When it sounds too good to be true, it always is!  Lesson learned.
