Take Shape For Life Medifast The "Shape" They Take Isn't Healthy Internet

This is going to be short and sweet - unlike their food.

1) They TSFL Mantra is "we are going to detox you from sugar!"  Sounds great until you examine the contents of their "meal replacement!"  Be advised, they are full of chemicals you cannot even pronounce.  You may rid your body of sugars, but the toxic chemicals you are eating will eventually harm you!

2) The TSFL "program" is a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) program that is designed to get you to have others join your program in order to keep you cost down.  Each meal is over $2.50.  The value of the content is much less!

3) Soy - lots of soy.  The male body processes soy as estrogen!  Yikes...

4) Flavor - as in the food tastes WORSE than cardboard!  All of it!  I mean ALL of it!

5) Your "coach!"  Your coach isn't interested in your health as much as they are their bottom line.  Having sat an listened to my "coach" sell her product for a couple of days, all I could think about was wanting to scream at her clients, "everything she is telling you is BS!"

From a medical perspective, the TSFL program will put your metabolism into a very slow state - they claim it puts you into a "fat burn!"  There is NO SCIENCE to back that up.  My "coach" had lost over 100 pounds on the program, but the only way to describe her would be to call her a "skinny fat!"  Saggy skin - wrinkled face - generally didn't look too healthy!  The bottom line - she wouldn't tell me her "numbers" (Sugars and Lipids) because she KNEW she wasn't healthy!

On the other hand, I have lost over 50 pounds (without this nasty program) and my numbers are nearly perfect!

I eat fruits, veggies, meats, and BREADS!  I am averaging a weight loss of 2 pounds per week without this unhealthy program.

Do your homework and stay away from "gimmicks!"
