We initially tried a call center located in the philippines called "Taking You Forward". The company presented themselves as reputable and our contact Michael Reyes assured us we will get good results. However, that was not the case. 


 

What we experienced... 

This call center could not produce a single qualifying 
​client.​


We asked to hear recording to train, assist and nurture the representatives to produce better results for us, and the company refused. 

We ask "Taking you Forward" to use the same employee's so they will learn but every few days they changed. 

We provided training materials, call lists, and more. 

Prior to begining our relationship with them, 
​michael and Brad claimed they have a local office in case things go sour and we will need to go to arbitration​ ,their is no california address to be found and they will not provide it​

CEO Brad Norman and Michael Reyes are con artists/fruads. Dont waste your time and money on hiring from "Taking you Forward" because you will not get results. Shady business practices without ethics! If you are considering outsourcing your call center needs, avoid them at all costs.  Horrible!
