Talent And More LLC; The Billing Resource Talent and More are using a differnet phone company now it's unauthorized charges through Embarq Internet

My sister did not get her bill from the local telephone company which is EMBARQ. She call Embarq and asked why. Embarq told her is was because they noticed 2 months  of charges on her bill for $19.95 +tax from a company called Talent and More a billing resource. She told embarq that she did not authorize these charges and wanted them to be taken off her bill. They said they would it would take at least 60 days for the charges to come off her bill. They also told her that she need to call the 888# for Talent and More which Embarq gave to her and refund the unathorized charges + tax she was charged. She made the phone call and had to get angry with representative be fore they stated a refund would be sent and it would take 60 days or more. I noticed in all the reports file through Rip-Off Report that the phone company used was AT& T well Appearently Talent and More has moved on to Embarq. we have told every one we know and the local banks for those who pay with out looking at their bills.
