They promise the world to get you to come and work for them. They deliver nothing. They base your daily activities off of a phone system that does not work half the time. The entire back office is located in India and have NO clue about American culture nor could they care. They do not care about overturn at this company as long as they get you to place as much business with them until you finally quit or are fired. The CEO makes it a habit of belittling his employees on national conference calls on Monday and Friday.
They are supposed to give you 60 days notice to go over and research your benefits before your effective date BY LAW, Talent Logic only gave me 3 days to review if I wanted to add benefits and then they pressured me into answering right now. They half a*s everything at the company and then blame their employees. They had to have a name change from Sai People Solutions because their reputation was so bad. I wouldn't be surprised if they had to do that again. Since they are all from India, they could care less about making a positive impact on business in America.

I just read this report and this is the EXACT experience I had working for them. It is 100% true and if you find ANY employee of Talent Logic or SAI people solutions, they can all tell you that they had the same experience.

Texas Lady has made some statements which require a response from Talent Logic.
1. They promise the world to get you to come and work for them. They deliver nothing
Any new hire employed by Talent Logic is based on the interviews held, whereby the prospective employee makes claims of their skills, capabilities and previous success history. Subsequent rewards and recognition are performance based.
2. The entire back office is located in India and have NO clue about American culture nor could they care.
Certainly some of our Back Office Support is in India. These support staff are very knowledgeable about America as it is in their best interests to be informed and up to date on U.S. events.
3. They do not care about overturn at this company as long as they get you to place as much business with them until you finally quit or are fired. The CEO makes it a habit of belittling his employees on national conference calls on Monday and Friday.
All companies want "as much business". Anyone that quits or is fired has either themselves realized that they are not suited for the position, or, management has decided it can no longer support a non-producer. The CEO holds national conference calls to promote healthy competition. Successful employees enjoy the calls and actively participate.
4. They are supposed to give you 60 days notice to go over and research your benefits before your effective date BY LAW
Talent Logic actually gives 90 days for its new employees to review and decide on the most suitable benefit package for themselves and/or their families.
5. They had to have a name change from Sai People Solutions because their reputation was so bad. I wouldn't be surprised if they had to do that again.
The name change is nothing new or recent. The name was changed back in 2011, the reason being as a company it responded to the market environment, and embraced its name change to Talent Logic, Inc. along with an expanded vision and mission to rebrand itself as a company of the future. Talent Logic is proud of its reputation as Sai People Solutions, Inc. For over 4 years all marketing and other communication has contained the statement "formerly Sai People Solutions, Inc.". The current website for Talent Logic www.talentlogic.com still shows this statement.
6. Since they are all from India, they could care less about making a positive impact on business in America.
Talent Logic with its Corporate Offices in Kingwood Texas has a large U.S. employee footprint which, due to its current outstanding success and market share of U.S. business, is currently expanding its Salesforce at an unprecedented rate. In fact by the end of 2015 Talent Logic will have increased its U.S. Salesforce by over 400%
