On 3-14-07 i initiated a call to cavalier telephone company for phone service. this was at 2:15 p.m. I SPOKE WITH JENNIFER/JEANNA AND VERY SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THIS COMPANY OFFERS THE UNIVERSAL LIFELINE SERVICE FEDERALLY MANDATED FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AS PROVIDED BY OTHER CARRIRS" JENNIFER L-I-E-D AND SAID YES" AND WOULD TRANSFER ME TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON TO SET THIS UP AFTER SHE AND I COMPLETED THE ORDER INFO"
since then and up to now i have spoken with over 12 people at cavalier and puco to "no avail" my present bill is over $477.00 because cavalier billed me for calls to ingformation i never made. so i am being penalized for not subscribing to their internet service.
this company is as crooked as a barrel of snakes and p-u-c-o is duplicitous...i suggest we all file a class action thru the attorney general and see just how far this really goes!!!!
